A Christmas tree is so magical!
It is amazing how a plain tree can turn into something so beautiful!
All trees look different and unique.
Some display homemade ornaments and childrens projects.
Some display collections of a specific kind!

I wish I could just walk into peoples home and get inspired by all the different trees!
I am a big believer in adding to your tree every year. Swapping what you didn't like out and changing it overtime.
Last year I made these pieces out of scrap wood, paint, and vinyl.
I love them!
This year I took away more of the "rustic" ornaments. I still have some but am trying to go more elegant. I think by next year it may be closer to perfection.
But I do love how it turned out this year!
I added more gold glittery ornaments!
And all lit up.....
What do you put on your tree?
Oh, I LOVE it!!! GORGEOUS!!
ReplyDeleteBonnie, I love the tree! It makes me want to get new decorations. Its so big and beautiful, I LURVE IT!
ReplyDeleteSoooo cute and elegant :)
ReplyDeleteNo really I love it! It looks amazing! My tree, well, it is more kid decorated. I have big red ornaments, and little ones in bright colors like pink, green, blue, red, etc.. then random ornaments from throughout the years. One day I will have a big girl tree. But not yet :) I love it, even though the bottom of my tree is already bare, because if an ornament gets touched I put it up high. ha ha.
Your tree is beautiful! My grandma gave all her grandkids ornaments each year. So our tree is a mix of colored lights, red balls, and all sorts of ornaments. My dad used to get out the glue gun every year and re-apply little pieces from the really old ornaments that would fall off during the unpacking process. It's fun to open them every year with a good memory or story for each ornament.
